Housing Complex

The complex is part of the urban fabric of Venice, trying to keep alignments already in the area, integrated with it and reevaluating some spaces that become meeting points. There are apartments for students, young singles and couples. The type of apartments are suitable to meet any need. Students, for example, haven’t only a space for individually works, they have work tables in their room and a common study area to encourage teamwork and collective study. The apartments for singles and young couples enjoy spacious rooms with balconies and large windows. In addition to apartments, the intervention also required the creation of services; an asylum, a bar and an post office, all on the ground floor, so easily accessible by all. The heights of the buildings were designed according to the context, the study of the section was also useful to evenly distribute the residences.

Apartment for Russian client

This is a collaboration with the NeoLapis Studio of Treviso. The interior design was made by the studio and I realized the rapresentation for the client.
Garibaldi Towers

The theme of the project is focused on the recycling of the Garibaldi Towers. They were built on 1980 to host the offices of the "Ferrovie dello stato" and now they are on the center of a urban renewal of Milano Porta Garibaldi.
Now they are residential towers and at the first two floors there is a big lobby with a bar and common areas; the towers contains every five floors public spaces like gym or relax areas and a lot of apartment typologies for couples, single people and families.
The towers are highly sustainable, on the top there are photovoltaic and solar panels to minimize the overall energy consumption.
The larger apartments also have terraces and every five floors air recycling is warranted with the aid of a chimney system that runs through the entire towers.
